| A 625,000 square-foot mixed-use development with direct access to I-95 and the Garden State Parkway represented a complete redevelopment of the Linden Airport. A 120 room hotel, 126,000 sf. Target Store, 135,000 square-foot Home Depot, 69,000 square-foot ShopRite Supermarket and an additional 208,000 square-foot of ancillary retail space for restaurants and shops has been leased. Phase II will consist of an 81,000 square-foot movie theater. |
