The 2,300 car, seven level structure serves the entire New Roc City entertainment complex as well as, The Summit at New Roc Apartment Homes and the New Roc City Marriott Residence Inn in downtown New Rochelle.

A 1,100-car parking structure built, financed, owned and managed by Cappelli Enterprises to serve Westchester County's central medical center complex. The project included both the construction of a new covered parking structure, as well as the renovation of 19 existing surface parking lots. The County of Westchester purchased the parking structure in 1999.

Serving the Westchester County Airport, this 1,100-car parking structure is linked to a new modern airport terminal by an all-weather walkway. Through a privatization agreement with Westchester County, the structure is financed, built, owned and managed by Cappelli Enterprises. |
