| The Concord Resort and Convention Center, a $500 million project, will become one of the most significant economic development efforts ever undertaken in the historic Catskill region of upstate New York. Set on 1,600 acres, preliminary plans call for a 1,500-room full service, four star hotel with complete amenities; exhibition, convention and meeting facilities, spa, restaurants, retail and residential. Two existing 18-hole championship golf courses -- the nationally acclaimed Monster and the International -- will be completely refurbished. |
