Great Oaks Farm is a residential community of 150 single family New England style homes on 207 acres within the upper Pequonnock River basin in Fairfield County, CT. As part of the development package, the Town of Monroe received 92 acres of the development to expand parkland at the adjoining Wolfe Park preserve.
