Cappelli Enterprises has created, in conjunction with the City of White Plains, the exciting new Renaissance Plaza Park, located directly across from City Center at the strategic corner of Main Street and Mamaroneck Avenue. Designed by renowned landscape architects, Sasaki Associates, the focal point of Renaissance Plaza is a series of dancing fountains with jets of water in alternating colors that shoot 25 feet into the air and are choreographed to music provided by outdoor speakers. Complementing the dancing fountains is a lanscaped lawn with seasonal plantings, seating areas and a new Starbucks, housed in a greenhouse style kiosk. Renaissance Plaza will provide residents and visitors alike with an ideal setting for outdoor events and musical performances.
