For the second time in Westchester County, Cappelli Enterprises is joining forces with Donald J. Trump in creating a new luxury high-rise residential building. A state-of-the-art on-site sales center featuring three full sized, fully decorated homes is open daily.

Trump Plaza is part of a $750 million downtown urban redevelopment plan that encompasses Parcel 1A and the Lawton Street Redevelopment block known as Le Count Square. Trump Plaza will rise more than 390 feet and offer spectacular views of the Long Island Sound. It will be built on a two-acre site at 175 Huguenot Street, formerly known as Parcel 1A. The City has sought to redevelop this site for more than 30 years. The building, at 40 stories, will be one of the tallest in Westchester County. The ground level retail space will serve to activate and complement pedestrian traffic downtown.

The 353,600-square-foot Trump Plaza will consist of 138,000 square feet of retail space on two levels at the base, topped with the 30-story luxury residential condominium tower. There will be 187 residences. Private parking for the residents will be provided on-site. In addition, the retail portion of the project will be linked to New Roc City and its new modern parking garage by an enclosed pedestrian bridge.
