Prior to joining Cappelli, Mr. Bowman was Vice President & Controller for Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, a real estate organization that provides investment management services to institutional and private sector clients. Before that, he was Corporate Controller for Millennium Partners LLC, a leading developer of luxury mixed-use real estate complexes. During his career, Mr. Bowman was also Controller for Wellsford Real Properties, Inc., a real estate merchant bank headquartered in New York City.

He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, where he graduated in 1989.

Mr. Bowman and his wife Erin reside in New Jersey with their daughter Ashley.
