White Plains, New York (2005-12-22) Asian Temptation, an upscale Asian fusion restaurant, is set to open at City Center in downtown White Plains early next year. Located at 23 Mamaroneck Avenue, the 3,000-square-foot eatery will cater to the lunch and dinner crowd with unique dishes and a sushi bar. The restaurant will feature beautiful Asian d´cor and antiques imported from China. An upstairs room will be available for private parties.

Privately owned, Asian Temptation will represent the owner's fifth restaurant in the New York metro area, including the Temptation Tea House and Okinawa, both in Mount Kisco.

City Center also includes two 35-story luxury residential towers and an 11-story loft building
offering panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, Long Island Sound, Westchester County
and the Hudson Valley.

One City Place offers contains 311 studio, one, two and three-bedroom luxury rental
apartments. Trump Tower at City Center features 212 luxury condominium residences and
The Lofts at City Center, 27 distinctive, high-ceiling, So-Ho loft-style condominium
