Prior to joining Cappelli, Mr. Lofredo was Counsel for the New York Tri-State Region with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in Manhattan for the past two years. Before that, he was General Manger of FMB Real Estate Services, LLC in Purchase from 2000 to 2003. He began his career with FMB as a commercial real estate consultant and broker from 1997 to 2000.

From 1996 to 1997, he was Assistant Manager at Bi-Coastal Properties, Inc. in White Plains.

Last year, Mr. Lofredo was awarded the 2004 Shared Services Employee of the Year - Manhattan at CBV Richard Ellis, Inc. He holds a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, where he graduated cum laude in 2003. He also holds a B.A. from Hunter College in New York City, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1996.

He is an active member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyers Association. Mr. Lofredo and his wife Ana have three children: Julia, 12, Harrison, 7, and Thomas, 5.
